The hotel is conveniently located close to Kandy but away from the busy city. The cost is affordable. The room is spacious and well-equipped. The reception staff, Mr Dinesh and Ms. Kaushi, were friendly and helpful. Late checkout was allowed without extra charge.
Nothing to dislike.

The hotel is conveniently located near the beautiful lake, making it a great spot for peaceful walks or enjoying the scenic view. it is within walking distance to the famous temple of the tooth, allowing easy access to this important cultural landmark.
The Wi-Fi in the hotel works only in the reception area and is weak, making it inconvenient who rely on internet access throughout their stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel recently upgraded their beds, comfortable and clean. The room itself was nice and had everything I needed. The location was great, with the hotel being near the lake and close to the main market area of the city. having their own pastry shop was very convenient for breakfast.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

There was nothing speciasl about this hotel,
Everything this hotel looked clean and of a high standar how wrong was I, the hotel tried to piut extra cost on my stay so I left after 1 night even thou I had booked for 6 nights, this hotel is never worth $80 a night then they wanted $100 a night supplements for the cricket, I was so shocked at the cost, I stayed 1 night and left, I would not recommend this hotel.

Neat room with aircon / decent size
A bit boring with nothing to do after 8pm! No buffet breakfast as they were not expecting too many guests. Internet didn't work.

Great location, within walking distance to the city center and close to the lake. The hotel offers a buffet that includes a variety of Western and Sri Lankan dishes, with a good selection for breakfast.-The rooms are clean and comfortable, with nice beds and powerful showers.
The hotel is in need of refurbishment and some areas appear tired. There were issues with noise in some of the rooms, particularly those facing the front of the hotel or near the staircase and elevator.

A value for money hotel with excellent service and facilities. Nice location and good price. All in all a good hotel
The lift was continuously getting into repair mode and hence some discomfort while climbing. The breakfast can be organised in a better location.
